BrandYou helps two homepreneurs realize their dream of an online jewelry store; an e-commerce website that brings happiness to women!
Arsya Jewelry is the brainchild of two home entrepreneurs, Heena Shah and Bela Shah, who decided to turn their passion for fashion designing and entrepreneurial development into an active profession. Heena is a certified jewelry designer who has won a National Award from the World Gold Council for her work in diamond jewelry design. Bela has completed a Certificate Course in management and Leadership Skills from the Birla Institute of Management and Technology and acts as the business development arm of Arsya.
The company is known for its unique handcrafted semi-precious jewelry, with a contemporary yet traditional feel. In line with the company’s vision ‘Happiness to Women’, it employs local artisans as well to add a flavour of Indian traditions and styles.
The primary requirement of the client was to have a completely revamped look for their website, with a new, modern design that highlighted their products. To this end, they needed a fresh, new website, and the required social media reach to connect with their clientele online.
Lead generation through the online store was another aim of the website. The idea was to build a foundation of trust, by speaking about the social work done by Arsya in the course of running its business. Interested people could then be redirected to the website.
BrandYou decided to build an e-commerce website for Arsya, rather than a regular one, as the former would be more beneficial in shifting the focus to their products. All product photographs and images were sourced directly from the actual products and optimized for best presentation online.
We also developed creative content that caught the reader’s attention and helped the product sell better. Each description was tailored to highlight the best features of the jewelry, none of the generic content was used. This was supplemented by attractive photographs and creatives that added a visual appeal to the product.
To develop Arsya’s offline connection, we helped them apply to various exhibitions and designed their booths and stalls for the same.
We also decided to create videos to showcase their jewelry and the story behind its production as well as video testimonials from clients who were loving the products.
The revamped website ranked significantly better in organic search, resulting in increased traffic and purchases from the website. The social media marketing strategy resulted in an increase in the number of likes and followers, for both organic and paid promotion.
The fresh and engaging content helped attract new clients and create awareness about the brand amongst the relevant audience. The sale campaigns which we conducted at regular intervals were instrumental in generating leads. Colourful product images and video testimonials from clients were extremely effective in drawing a lot of traction from the public.
The offline support offered by BrandYou helped Bela and Heena focus on jewelry design, manufacturing, and logistics, rather than focusing their energy on the pre-, post-, and live marketing activities.
